At Fut_Jersey, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Any item can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

After receiving and evaluating the returned item, we will notify you by email of the return confirmation.
If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that processing and crediting time may vary depending on your payment service provider.
Defective or incorrect products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost.
Additional comments

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for products lost on the way.
